Ba-Tliseng Day and Night Care Center was founded by Mrs. Elsie Taukobong in 1999, located in ATTREDGEVILLE, Pretoria. The name “Ba-tliseng” means “bring the children”. The center began with 4 children and now cares for 11 babies and over 100 preschoolers aged between 3 and 6. The center has created employment opportunities for over 20 staff members, currently employing 11 permanent staff. Our Goal To provide a secure and friendly environment for care and comfort, promoting holistic growth and development, including emotional, spiritual, and educational needs. To offer a variety of educational activities and interventions to aid the children’s development. To boost children’s confidence through a play-based program that values themselves and others. To engage parents in the children’s care and development, and provide opportunities for creative play to build self-esteem and explore identity. To establish a partnership with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders for successful preschool experiences.
