School Policy

Finances
School and transport fees are due by the 1st
of each month. Should fees not be received timely, a monthly
late penalty fee of R200 for overdue accounts will be charged. Absentees of your child through vacation or illness monthly fees
are still payable by parents.

Notice
When leaving our school one calendar month’s notice is applicable.

Meals
The school provides 4 meals a day, breakfast, morning snack, lunch & afternoon snack. We strictly
follow a menu approved by the Department of Health.

Medical Care
You are requested not to send a sick child, or a child with a contagious, to the school. No child will be
admitted to the school without a doctor’s letter confirming that child is passed the contagious stage.

General
Toys & Valuables – No toys may be brought to school. The school will not be held responsible for any
items that may go missing or damaged. All your child’s belongings, clothes and shoes too, have to be
clearly marked, lost items will be kept at the school for identification and claiming. Please return to
the school any apparatus belonging to the school, or shoes, clothing, etc. that do not belong to your
child.
